Very beautiful! I think it’s true to size. I got a size M and it fit well.

The product is not a good material for working out. It's made mostly of polyester instead of spandex. I am 5'0" tall and 117lbs, so I ordered a Medium but is a little big in the legs and bunches in the crotch area. Not sure it's ideal for working out, really. Not moisture wicking.
