Strict-selection General Item Return Policy
If you would like to cancel an item within 12 hours of purchase, please contact us via email and we will cancel it 100% free of charge. Please note that we cannot guarantee a return for even if you email us within that time frame. If your order has already been processed, you will need to follow our standard return procedure.
If you would like to return an item after that period, you will need to follow the standard return policy mentioned below.
Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
For ALL return orders, customers will need to pay a return shipping fee.
Returning Defective Items
Did your item arrive damaged, or incorrect color/size than what was ordered? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below. You MUST follow process below or we will not be able to process your refund.
- Within 5 business days of the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or a replacement
- We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
- If Approved, we will refund or exchange the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
- Returns that are approved, you will be not have to pay for any return shipping fees and will get a 100% money back refund. All you have to do is simply send the item back to our return address that will provide you and once receive the item, you will receive a 100% refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and store credit given within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us, or the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 day time frame.
Lost In Transit:
If the shipment shows as delivered to the shipping address that was provided on your purchase, we will not be able to issue you a refund because the item was delivered to your requested address.
